Few cities can demonstrate as clearly as Kingston its connection to the heritage of this country. The remains of Fort Frontenac, the great number of Georgian buildings, the Classical Revival City Hall, and many others attest to this. Kingston exhibits a great variety and density with which these buildings can be seen.

Although this study was initially intended as a tool for our planning and design team to better understand the existing architecture in Kingston, we have made it public in order to share our appreciation of this important resource.
